Initial Consultation (45 min)

Your first appointment with us will entail your chiropractor taking a brief history of your main complaint, conducting a physical exam, and providing and explaining your diagnosis and hands-on treatment including adjusting, mobilizations, soft tissue therapy (ART), and rehab strategies to help you get and stay better.

Re-Examination or New Complaint (30 min)

We understand new issues, aches and pain arise in life. As an existing patient let us take the time thoroughly understand and examine to provide you with a diagnosis and a hands-on treatment plan.

Post-Partum Assessment (60 min) - Dr. Jen

Focused post-partum evaluation with a thorough review of birth method/complications, areas of soreness/tightness and pelvic floor health followed by a physical assessment including a Diastasis Recti check, scar exam in the case of c-section, deep core and pelvic floor activation (externally) and range of motion/orthopaedic tests for specific complaints.

Subsequent Treatment (15 minutes)

Following your initial assessment, each subsequent appointment will involve a brief discussion of your progress, re-evaluation as needed, and hands-on treatment and rehabilitative exercise based on your plan of management.

Acupuncture (15-30 minutes)

Where appropriate, Dr. Kutasiewich may suggest an acupuncture appointment as a facet of your plan of management. This can include dry needling as well and electroacupuncture.
