Our Precision Nutrition and online training and performance offerings revolve around individualized programs created specifically to help you reach YOUR precise goals, whether that be chasing your grandkids, doing housework pain-free, excelling at a specific sport, building strength or changing your body composition. Led by Dr. Jen, all programs include a 1:1 in-person assessment, as well as periodic in-person follow-up visits, in addition to weekly programming and email support to keep you on track to success. Nutrition and training services fall under the scope of chiropractic care, and thus may be covered by your private insurance; it is the client’s responsibility to determine coverage.

Dr. Jen has over a decade of experience in the health and fitness field, and has worked with clients as diverse as youth sports teams, senior citizens, elite athletes (including hockey and soccer players, runners, gymnasts and figure skaters), post-menopausal women and pre- and post-natal women. Jen has also been involved in the medical and functional testing of NHL entry draftees, the Toronto Maple Leafs, nuclear power emergency response personnel and firefighters. She held a Nike trainer sponsorship for 5 years and has been featured in number magazines including Elle and Fashion Magazine. She has earned certifications in diverse fields including kettlebell, mobility, low back pain, and striking and has personal experience in power lifting, olympic lifting, kettlebell, muay thai, functional training, and CrossFit in addition to holding a Masters Degree in Fitness Science. Dr. Jen is also currently completing a residency in Sport Sciences through the Royal College of Chiropractic Sport Sciences.

Precision Nutrition

1:1 Nutrition counselling designed to help you develop sustainable, healthy eating habits. Get more information about our methodology here! Requires a one year commitment.

This service includes an in-person initial assessment and monthly follow-up feedback sessions in addition to a quick start guide, daily online communication/learning, email support, access to an exclusive facebook community and group workshops.

Training Programs

Individualized exercise and performance programs based on your specific exercise experience, injury history and goals. Requires a 3 month commitment. Can be combined with nutrition counselling (requires a 1 year commitment).

This service includes an in-person initial assessment, weekly program adaptations based on your results, 1:1 follow-up visits every 8 weeks in addition to email support and access to an exclusive Facebook community.

Team Training/ Medical Coverage

Custom packages depending on your team’s level of performance and needs. May include dry land training programs, treatment, taping services, and game coverage. Contact us to get more information.

Pre- & Post-Natal Rehab & Training

Mama, you’re important too…and we’ve got your back! Evidence/Research-informed, hands-on care & rehabilitative exercise to help prevent and heal pelvic and low back pain, pelvic floor dysfunction and diastasis recti (or just to get you back to your favourite hobbies and sports safely).
